Please don’t be afraid to speak to someone when you have a problem or if you are unhappy about anything. We have people who can and want to help you. If you have a complaint we can only help if we know what your complaint is. Please talk to someone about it so that we can make the changes that will help to make things better for you. If you don’t feel happy talking to someone please write down your problem and put it in the Suggestion Box in the foyer. The Student Welfare Director is able to provide you with advice on all aspects of life in New Zealand. There are folders in the Administration office with information and commonly used official forms for visas, rental agreements, driving, health and many others. We are here to help you with all aspects of your life in New Zealand. You can also contact the Citizens Advice Bureau, 301 Moray Place, 0800 367 6166 or any of the support agencies listed in the Youth Service brochure.
